What was found
is running.

A selection from our projects with mid-sized companies. Named by industry, without client names.

Concrete cases.
Visible impact.

Single measures and whole bundles, each with what has changed since.

  • Passenger transport
  • fewer than a hundred employees
  • regional

A bundle of five measures

Satisfied passengers become visible.

The reviews were very good, but only few passengers left one. Now reviewing is part of the ride.

Significantly more reviews. Praise lands where prospects search, criticism goes straight to the company.

  • Logistics
  • several hundred employees
  • international

Enquiries become customer knowledge.

Every enquiry via the website gets a type and lands with the right team or country team.

Visible what is really being asked. Measures can be derived from it.

Many industries.
Similar starting points.

Some topics come up in almost every project. Not because we bring them along, but because the starting situation is similar.

1 / 3

from several projects

Entering data only once.

What we see
The same data is entered into two systems, by hand and often checked twice.
What usually emerges
A connection through which data is entered only once. The rest largely runs by itself.

from several projects

The key figures in view of the management.

What we see
The figures sit in several systems. Anyone who wants an overview has to gather them, and every department has its own view.
What usually emerges
A cockpit for the management, derived from the systems that already exist. Different in every company.

from several projects

A shared view of the competition.

What we see
Anyone who wants to know what competitors are doing researches on their own. Often everyone separately, with their own tools and their own results.
What usually emerges
An overview for everyone with the current state of the competitors that can be compared.

One project.
One tool for many.

Some things built for one company help others too. These tools came out of projects.

Scan Gogh

What for
QR codes in your own corporate design, for print, vehicles or packaging.
How it came about
A Fokus sprint needed QR codes that matched the company's look. It now also runs directly in a client's content management system.
for clients

from a client project

Mapmade

What for
Regional maps from real administrative boundaries, in your own colours, for website, flyers and presentations.
How it came about
A company wanted to show its locations in one federal state on a map, coloured in its own corporate design. It became a tool for all regions in the DACH area.
